Certified Co-Creative Professional Coach (CCPC) certification program lays the foundation of coaching competencies and professional coaching process. The immersive coaching training program will provide learners with an experiential learning environment, bridging theory into practice and sharpening conversational skills.

Program Overview

The Certified Co-Creative Professional Coaching Certification Program (CCPC) is conducted over 4 modules through face-to-face training or online synchronous and asynchronous training and coaching. English will be the main mode of delivery (unless otherwise stated). Our focus is in creating results for our coaches, and the training follows the ICF core competency and professional standards. The modules will be delivered through active learning, with theories, demonstrations, practice, reflections and case studies. The program is hands on, direct feedback and application of theories to integrate learnings deeply.

1. Core Coaching Master Classes  (10 Hours)
Coaching Masterclasses ​focuses on the core learnings, techniques and tools to enable learners to enhance their coaching competencies. 

2. Coaching Practicums (10 Hours)
Coaching practicum takes the learnings from the coaching Masterclass and provides a space of learners to practice and get observation feedback and feedforward of their coaching sessions. ​

3. Mentor Coaching (10 Hours)​
Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.​

4. Level 1 Assessment ​(4 Hours)
Performance Evaluation of a Coaching Recording at ACC Level ​ – (30 to 60 minutes length) •Coaching Recording Transcript and Reflection sheet

Receiving a Master’s Degree in Leadership in Organizational Learning, Certified C-Suite Leadership and Team Coach , Master Certified Coach with ICF, ITA NLP Trainer and Certifying Member has enabled Jedidiah to leverage on various coaching tools to help organizations and individuals achieve new levels of success and growth. 

He developed the O.M.G coaching framework build upon the ICF Core Competencies of coaching to empower coaches with coaching strategies to create breakthroughs for their clients.
