Dr. Paul Jeong is one of the pioneers of the coaching industry in Asia, and is deeply grounded in state-of-the-art global coaching theories and practices. Dr. Jeong has extensive experience in developing Asian leaders, and has trained more than 40,000 organizational leaders.
He provides executive coaching services and coach training to many fortune 500 companies, such as Bayer, JP Morgan, Microsoft, General Motors, HP, Ericsson, Tencent, TCL, Evonik, LG, Samsung, Hyundai, Tesco, IBM Korea, GS and SK telecom etc., and the banks, such as Lloyds TSB in England, Korean Exchange Bank and Hana Bank in Korea. He also facilitated Seoul government, especially the mayor of Seoul, Korea in their MBTI and DISC assessment. In the past 15 years he has provided 2,500 coaching sessions to the Asian leaders.
Dr. Jeong is the only coach in the world holding both Master Certified Coach (MCC) by ICF (International Coach Federation) and Master Masteries Coach (MMC) by IAC (The International Association of Coaching) so far.
Dr. Jeong lived in the United States for 25 years for education, and his own business that specialized in Asian American relations and the Asian market system. He now lives in Korea, providing a number of services to his community that include leadership coaching, organizational change, emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and ICF Certified Professional Coach-training Program.
Paul has the doctoral degree in Coaching Study from Regent University, and Master of Divinity in Intercultural leadership from Fuller Graduate School, and Bachelors degree in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design College in US.
